Who we are
Optimize (Optimize IT, “we”) runs this website, optimize-it.site. You can reach us at start@optimize-it.site.
What we collect
When you send the contact form or request a free growth audit, we store what you type (such as your name, email address, website, goal, service, budget and message), together with your IP address and browser type to help us block spam.
When you use the free SEO checker, we keep the website address you checked, its score, the time and your IP address (to stop abuse). We don’t ask for your name or email there.
If you sign in to the admin area, a single session cookie keeps you signed in.
Analytics cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand which pages are useful and where visitors get stuck. These tools set cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, clicks, scrolls, device and approximate location. They load only after you choose “Accept” in the cookie bar, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
We only use your details to reply to your inquiry, send the audit you asked for and, if you become a client, to work with you. We never sell or share them with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any project that follows, and are deleted on request.
