Why Optimize exists
Too many small businesses grow by guesswork. They buy a new website, try ads, post on social media or hire an SEO agency, each one a separate bet, without knowing which one will pay back. Growth stalls, and nobody can say why.
Optimize was founded in 2025 by Alvin Jay Diaz Samijon to change that. We start with research: your analytics, your funnel, your market, your competitors and the people who buy from you. Then we act on the opportunities with the biggest expected return, across SEO, AI search, conversion optimization, websites and automation, and report on what it achieved.

Alvin Jay Diaz Samijon is the Founder & CEO of Optimize, a research-led growth partner for small and growing businesses. Since 2019 he has helped businesses in Australia, the Netherlands, Estonia, Malta, the United States and the Philippines win more customers through conversion optimization, SEO, AI search, websites and automation.
Alvin leads every engagement personally and works with a small network of trusted specialist partners in research, design, development and content, so you get senior attention without agency overhead.
